BRIGHTON APARTMENTS

Spink St Brighton is a staged café and apartment project which sits behind Gardenvale station in Melbourne’s south. A sensitive adaptation of an original brick warehouse building into a ground floor cafe with generous new apartments with to upper levels. New works incorporate existing industrial building elements and are combined with new timber steel and glass elements to provide characterful spaces for living, dining and socialising. Apartments have generous outdoor terraces and the cafe opens up to the street and bluestone lane way to create a cool café and bar venue. Cafe Stage 1 works have been completed on site and the Cafe opened for business in March 2016.
